What this site collects about visitors

As little as we can. The Site is static pages: no accounts, no cookies set by us, no advertising trackers, no fingerprinting. Our hosting provider records standard server logs (IP address, user agent, pages requested) for security and capacity; we use privacy-preserving, aggregate analytics without cross-site tracking.

What we store when you email us

If you claim a profile, request a correction, or otherwise email us, we keep the correspondence and the facts needed to act on it (your email address, the profile concerned, the changes requested) for as long as the listing exists, plus a record of removals so removed profiles stay removed.

Listed-organization data

Profiles reproduce organization-level facts from official public registries (names, business addresses, accreditation records). We deliberately do not publish personal contact details of individuals on profile pages, even where a registry includes them. Published coverage is limited to North American entities in this release. Any organization can have its profile corrected or removed free of charge via the corrections page.

Outreach email

When we notify a laboratory that its profile exists, we email the organization's published business contact route, include our postal address, honor unsubscribes immediately and permanently, and never email an address again after an opt-out. Sharing

We do not sell or rent any personal information. Service providers (hosting, email delivery, payments via our merchant of record) process data only to provide their service to us.

Your rights
