The directory is free to use and every laboratory's registry facts stay published free, claimed or not. One paid plan exists: a claimed listing, for labs that want control of their own record.
Claimed listing — $29/month
Launch pricing, billed monthly through our merchant of record. Cancel anytime; no cancellation fee.
Included
- Verified-claim badge — a dated, objective statement that this lab's team controls the profile (domain-verified against the registry record). Never an endorsement.
- Followed link to your website from your profile.
- Direct edit route — scope or contact updates go live between our monthly registry re-pulls instead of waiting for the next one.
- Machine-readable presence — profiles publish structured data that AI answer engines can cite. We do not and cannot guarantee that any engine cites it.
- Priority corrections — claimed profiles jump the correction queue.
Never included, at any price
- No ranking change — positions follow only the objective criteria published on the methodology page.
- No leads, clients, or outcome promises. We sell record control and visibility, not results.

Refunds
Full refund of your first charge if you request it within 14 days of that charge — email hello@testlabindex.com from the address used at checkout.
Cancellation
Cancel anytime, effective at the end of the current billing period. The badge and followed link come off; the profile stays up in its free, facts-only form and free corrections remain available.
Do corrections cost anything?
Never. Any laboratory can fix or remove its record free via the corrections page — claimed or not, subscriber or not.
