Correct or remove a listing

Corrections and removals are free, for every laboratory, always. You do not need to claim or pay for anything to fix your record.

To correct a factual error

1. Email corrections@testlabindex.com from an address at the laboratory's domain, with the profile URL and the exact change requested.
2. If the change contradicts the source registry, point us at the current registry record (or the registry's correction confirmation) so the page and its citation stay consistent.
3. We confirm receipt within 2 business days and resolve within 5.

To remove your profile

Email the same address with subject “Removal request” from the laboratory's domain. We remove the profile within 5 business days, add the organization to a do-not-relist register, and exclude it from future registry refreshes.

If you are an individual

We aim to publish organization-level facts only. If any page names you personally and you want that changed or removed, email privacy@testlabindex.com — we treat those requests with priority and default to removal.

Disputes about registry facts

We reproduce what the official registries publish, with retrieval dates. If the registry itself is wrong, the durable fix is correcting the registry record; we will gladly re-pull your record early once the registry updates, and can annotate the profile with your correction in the meantime.
